Golden Ave

Description

Fab worked in collaboration with Element 5 for the mass timber assembly of this three-storey office building located in Toronto, Ontario. Golden Avenue is composed of a steel structure built with nail-laminated timber (NLT) floors and roof and a custom solid wood stair case.
