Description

This eight storey residential infill of 48 supportive units to accommodate women who have recently had conflicts with the law, served terms of incarceration, and face challenges of poverty. The execution team includes Fab Structures, HGC, Quinn Landscape Design, and Thornton Thomasetti. Fab Structures acted as a superstructure consultant on this project and the scope of work included in this 6 storey build was manufacturing the light weight frame panels and the installation of the structure of the building (mass timber / Steel and LWF panels) The build includes support services at grade to work alongside each resident developing life management and employment skills.
